Employees may view the annual in-service calendar below and select appropriate programs to enrich your pedagogy and skills.  There are two required in-service days per year for instructional staff members.  An initial training is held annually during the week preceding the opening of school each August. Instructional staff members are required to attend training on this day.  The second in-service for instructional staff members is held at the end of the school year.  However, staff members may complete pre-approved alternative in-service programs throughout the school year to fulfill the end-of-year requirement.

Graduate Credit Information for Professional Staff

Please submit PREAPPROVAL AND APPPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF CREDITS in advance of registering for any graduate course.

 Upon course completion submit a copy of your invoice and official transcript/grade report.

You may request salary increase at the following credit thresholds:

• Bachelor + 24

• Master/Masters Equivalency (B + 36)

• Masters and 6 credit increments (eg. M+6, M+12, M+15) Maximum M+60 or

• Doctoral Degree

All credit documentation must be submitted and received in the business office no late than September 1 or February 1 for the previous semester in order for professional staff members to be considered for salary adjustment.
