The Delaware Valley School District has always been committed to the effective and appropriate use of technology. At every educational level, students, teachers and administrators have available to them the latest in assessment, instruction, and research applications. Classrooms, libraries and computer labs are equipped with interactive whiteboards. All computers have high speed Internet access. A high speed Wide Area Network (WAN) is in place connecting all buildings and campuses. Students and teachers are able to make use of technology in their classrooms, in labs and libraries, in the high school media center, or by utilizing laptop computers, and Chromebooks and iPads from mobile labs. Wi-Fi is available district wide. The district is in the vanguard of schools using technology programs such as online learning, videoconferencing, Internet 2, data mining reporting and warehouse tools, and PowerSchool Parent Portal, a home-to-school communication tool.
