William C. Webster is a 1966 graduate of Susquehanna University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government and later attended East Stroudsburg University, earning a Master of Arts in History.  Webster taught social studies at Delaware Valley for 30 years, where he started the high school's AP History program, advised numerous clubs and organizations, and inspired hundreds of students-many of whom pursued careers in history and government.  He has authored six novels and is an original member and Chairman Emeritus of the DV Hall of Fame Committee.
