Art Zulick was a member of the Class of 1972 of Delaware Valley High School. After graduation he attended Allegheny College graduating in 1976 cum laude with a degree in Political Science. He then attended Cleveland State University Law School graduating magna cum laude in 1979. He returned to Northeastern Pennsylvania thereafter to practice law becoming a partner in the Stroudsburg firm of Muth & Zulick from 1984 to 2005. During his legal career he was President of the Kastle Creek Environmental Fund, was a member of the Stroudsburg Planning Commission and of the Monroe County Open Space Advisory Board. He served as President of the local YMCA and sat on its Board of Directors for over 20 years. In May of 2005 Attorney Zulick won both the Democratic and Republic primaries in Monroe County to assure his election as a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas. On May 25, 2005 he was nominated by the Governor to that post and began his full term in January of 2006. Since that date he has served as a trial judge most recently assigned to try civil cases ranging from domestic matters to medical malpractice.
