Robert A. Miller, Esquire was a member of the Class of 1953 of Milford High School. He graduated from Harvard University in 1957 and from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 1960. He was in private practice in Milford, PA from 1961 to 1968 at which time he served on the original Delaware Valley Joint School Board. He served as Chief Counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance for 1969 to 1972.
He left government practice to become General Counsel to the Prudential Reinsurance Company in 1973. He then served as President to the Prudential General Insurance Company, Senior Vice President and Director of the Prudential Commercial Insurance Company and Senior Vice President and General Counsel to the Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Company, leaving that company in 1984. He currently serves on the Board of Greenwood Friends School in Millville, PA.
