The DVHS Ski and Snowboard Club allows interested high school students to experience the thrill of learning to ski or snowboard, advance their existing skills, or simply enjoy an evening at the slopes with friends. The club usually takes five trips to nearby Mountain Creek in Vernon, New Jersey on Friday nights in January and February. Students are usually transported by bus to the mountain immediately following the school day and return to the DV parking lot by 10 pm.
