Senior field hockey player (midfielder) Kayla Sykes signed with Wagner College - Division I. Kayla is a two-time varsity captain on the field hockey team and was awarded the MVP during her sophomore season and Offensive Player her junior season.  Kayla is also a four-year member of the varsity track and field team. Kayla is Student Council president, the vice president of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee, a member of the National Honor Society, the sports editor of the school newspaper and a Warrior Empowerment mentor.  She is the daughter of George and Megan Sykes of Milford.  Kayla plans on majoring in sports administration and double minoring in journalism and communications.
