Anita L. Gregg was a member of the Class of 1978 of Delaware Valley High School. Ms. Gregg has a lifelong dedication to the sport of field hockey. A four-year varsity player at DVHS, she was introduced to the sport in a middle school gym class by her eventual varsity coach, Jan Lees. She played on championship teams at DVHS and went on to play four years at Muhlenberg College, two years as captain and a Mid-Atlantic Conference All Star. After college, she continued to play the sport in Philadelphia, the Netherlands, and Colorado. Ms. Gregg coached field Hockey at the DVMS, at Nazareth High School, and now in Colorado Springs. She is currently President of the Early Bird Field Hockey Club of Colorado Springs, a group dedicated to providing introduction, coaching, and supporting American field hockey players. Ms. Gregg is a field hockey official rated in Pennsylvania and in Colorado. In 2001, she had the honor of officiating the Colorado State Championship Semifinals.
