During the year students will experience an exploration and enrichment of the five basic areas of Art: Drawing, Painting, Printmaking, Crafts, and Ceramics/Sculpture. The students will integrate ideas from cultural, historical, and environmental experiences and exposures during the creative process. Students will develop and refine skills and techniques appropriate to the individual. Students will gain confidence using problem solving and critical thinking skills to create pieces of unique artwork.
