School Sports Physical - 6/10/26

There will be a sports physical on Wednesday, June 10th from 8:00am-11:00am in the DVHS Nurse's Office for $20. This will be on a first come, first served basis (max. 40). Please sign up in the athletic office or call 570-296-1859. In order to reserve a spot, you must bring the following:

  1. Payment - check (payable to DVSD) or cash
  2. PIAA Health History form (completed & signed by guardian & student)
  3. PIAA Physical form.
  4. After the physical is complete, please upload all paperwork to Arbiter Registration.

 

New Website & Registration

DV Athletics sports schedules, calendars, and registration are getting a new look! We will now be using Arbiter Live for schedules and Arbiter Registration as the student portal for all paperwork (formerly BigTeams/PlanetHS). Here's how to get started:

  1. Click the link to Arbiter Registration above to bring you to the home page - there you will find info about our athletic department, in season programs, and student registration. 
  2. Once you read through it all, select the program at the bottom of the page or click here for Fall Athletic Registration. 
  3. There you will find information about the registration process for each season, then you can scroll to the bottom to login or create an account - please keep in mind that this is a new site and none of your credentials from the last site will work here, so make sure you have an Arbiter account. Follow the Parent Help Guide for more details.
  4. Once you have an account, please complete all necessary paperwork as well as upload a completed physical dated on or after May 1, 2026.
