Delaware Valley School District serves the boroughs of Milford, Matamoras,
and the townships of Delaware, Dingman, Shohola, Westfall and Milford in Pike County,
Pennsylvania. Located along the Delaware
River in Northeastern Pennsylvania, these rural communities are approximately a one and
one-half hour drive from New York City and a one-hour drive from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton,
Pennsylvania. The region comprises
residential, commercial, light industrial, and various vacation resort areas.
The district complex contains the administrative
offices, the high school, one of the two middle schools, and one of the three elementary
schools.
All Pennsylvania students must demonstrate the mastery of the Pennsylvania
