PTA President’s Report

This month came in like a lion and left like a lamb. Starting off the month, we had a good turn out for our PTA meeting, which was held on Tuesday March 11. Mrs. Paige Fean was our guest speaker who talked about preparing our children for the PSSA's. Thank you goes out to her.

We had the re-scheduled Boys' Night Out, which Mr. Clementoni and Mrs. Sebring co-chaired. Thank you both for a rewarding night out with the boys.

We had a good response for the Gertrude Hawk fundraiser. Remember we only have two fundraisers each year. They fund our many PTA sponsored events like: fun nights, wampum store, lunch and dessert with Mrs. Cole, etc.

Our PSSA's for 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade has just begun. Please make sure that your children come to school with a good night's rest and have breakfast in the morning. I know our children will do well.

Our next PTA event will be the Family Fun Art Night and Book Fair, which will be held on Tuesday April 15 from 6-8p.m. Our 5th and 6th grade sleepover, which was originally scheduled for Friday April 11, is re-scheduled for Friday April 18. If you are in 5th and 6th grade, your teachers will let you know if you qualify for this event. Thank you for helping in all the ways you do for the PTA!

Our last PTA meeting will be held Tuesday May 6 in our cafeteria. Come on out for our last one of the year.
