Mrs. Ann Connell and Mrs. Becky McKean are the advisors for our school's Student Council. Student council is an extra-curricular activity for fifth and sixth grade students. It incorporates school spirit, citizenship, and leadership as well as community outreach.
The Student Council does a lot of things for the school, including Terrific Tuesdays, teacher and student contests, and Student of the Week. They also go to the local nursing home to visit with the elderly people there.
Representatives for Student Council are elected.
Each teacher in the respective grade levels holds an election within their classroom. The
students that are elected represent their classroom, as well their school, in various
activities they do. They also represent their class at the regular Student Council
meetings that are held throughout the school year. This year's representatives are listed
