String Quintet/Quartet

The string quintet is a group of five students from the string orchestra. The instrumentation is one first violin, one second violin, one viola, one cello, and one bass. The group also performs as a quartet, without the bass part.

In the past, the quintet/quartet has played at many events in the community and school. Last year, the quintet has played at the Hall of Fame induction dinner, the Middle States evaluator reception, and the national anthem at a home volleyball game. The group played at the high school drama musical, the national anthem at a home basketball game, and weddings.

The quintet is available to play at any event in the school or community upon request.
