Pre-Season
Registration Process

School
Physicals to be given during the summer.

Sign-up for soccer team in either Mr.Cooley's Room or Mr.
Comunale's Room in the Spring before school dismisses for the
summer.

Pre Season Workout Schedule Below:
It is expected that
you will follow this schedule so you will be in shape for the first week of practice!!
1st Week of August - Start basic dribbling and touches
with soccer ball, and conditioning (1 mile every other day). Make
sure to stretch before and after your work out.
2nd Week
of August - Dribbling, touches, and conditioning
(2miles every other day with 5 minutes of sprinting at the end).
Make sure to stretch before and after your work out.
3rd Week
of August - Dribbling, touches, and conditioning (2
miles on Monday and Tuesday with 10 minutes of sprinting at the
end). Make sure to stretch before and after you work out. Rest the
day before school practice begins..
Usually in the 3rd
Week of August - Practice begins.. Be at the soccer field and ready
to go at 8:00am. All players should have cleats, shin guards, and
water. All of your physical papers must be handed in order for
you to be able to practice!
